Creating a portfolio with many of my favorite dishes, I think it is very important for my future education and career.  Building the portfolio I want will change from time to time; with different baked goods and recipes that I can update.  Being able to furnish different evidences of my work, I'm sure I'll be able to create memories for when I become a bakery owner.
